  • Carlos Miguel Alvarez Paraz - simply known as "Migs" to friends, is one of the historians of the Philippine Internet. He has been involved in the technical directions of the local Internet scene since nearly its commercial beginnings in 1995. He is well-educated in contemporary Internet and software technology matters and can provide analyses of the subject. He has spoken about the Philippine Internet in foreign conferences on both the user and the technical/operational perspective.
